Junior player registration forms can be downloaded from the club documents page.

Please remember that you will also need to complete a League registration form, which can be downloaded from the League website at southceredigionjfl.co.uk , for players of primary school age 

For players who attend county school you will need to complete an FAW registration form which can be obtained from your age group coach.
