Penparc v Aberaeron

On a bitterly cold morning, the U11's took to the pith against Penparc. After a nervous start by both teams they soon settled down to play good football. Penparc scored after a goalmouth scrammble, but it did not take us long to strike back after a good shot from lewisevans, the goalkeeper could not hold onto the ball and was pounced on by justino joseph (jj). After half time Penparc took the lead again with a deflected shot. For the majority of the second half Penparc were on the back foot, and it was only a matter of time before we scored. Which we finally did with a sweet low drive from Dafydd Jones. We were unlucky not to score another goal but the Penparc goalkeeper saved the day for them. The final score was 2-2. Man of the Match was Josh Norris
